Changing or deleting a publication in Placeloop

Because mistakes happen, let's see how to edit a post made on Placeloop. Here's what to do depending on the status of your post.

For scheduled posts

If your post is scheduled, you can edit it directly from Placeloop. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the "Posts" tab: Log in to your Placeloop account and click on the "Posts" tab in the main menu.
2. Find the post you want to edit in the list. You can filter and display only the scheduled posts.
3. Click "Edit": Once you've selected your post, click the "Edit" button.
4. Make your changes: Adjust the content as needed.
5. Save your changes: Don't forget to save so the edits take effect.

For already published posts

If your post is already live, you won't be able to edit it directly from Placeloop. In that case, follow these steps:

1. Access the publishing platform: Go to the app where the post was published (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
2. Find the post you want to edit on your feed or profile.
3. Edit the content: Use the options available on the platform to make the necessary changes.
   Note: for Google Posts, edits must be done on a computer via the Google website, or on mobile via Google Maps. You'll find the step-by-step process below in images.
4. Save your changes: Make sure to save your edits so they appear online.
